Biography
Clive is a partner at Martineau Johnson and heads the Development Team advising on taking and granting leases, buying and selling premises, property development, planning and environmental matters for commercial and education clients. He is currently presenting workshops to clients on the impact of Disability Discrimination legislation. He has published a chapter on student accommodation for the second edition of “Higher Education Law” and was a recent winner of the legal section of Birmingham Young Professional of the Year.
