Biography
Lindsay Boullin trained in a specialist IT and telecom practice in London, qualifying in 1997 into that department and practising for a further 3 years. Recently he spent a year founding and running a successful internet related media and services company, before joining Eversheds’ Newcastle office in April 2001. Lindsay’s legal experience includes advising on large scale IT system and services procurement for both private and public clients as well as a variety of other technology related agreements and intellectual property advice. He has also advised in a variety of internet related matters, including contracts relating to internet related services, website terms and conditions and generally on issues and liabilities of maintaining an internet presence, such as data protection, distance selling and brand protection. Clients have included travel web sites, internet service providers and large retailers.
