Biography
Mark is the Science and Environment Advisor in the Environment Law Group at the London office of CMS Cameron McKenna. Holding a BSc in life sciences and a PhD in Environmental Microbiology, he provides information and analyses of environment legislation, policy and scientific issues, both in-house and to external UK and multi-national clients. Mark is also editor of the group's quarterly Environment Law Bulletin and regularly provides information and advice through LawNow, the firm's free E-mail alert service on environment-related developments. Having previously worked as a Research Scientist, Mark has presented his work at international science meetings, as well as publishing in a range of academic journals. Recently, he has specialised in water quality issues and has been actively involved in advising the UK Water Industry and the Drinking Water Inspectorate, work that has given rise to several acclaimed publications.
