Biography

Anthony Bertin was a partner in private practice until 1993. This was followed by a period in commerce as director of an international transport operator before forming Employment Relations. A past chairman of the East Kent Chamber of Commerce and Director of the East Kent Initiative, he has written numerous articles on employment issues as well as conducting seminars. Although handling contentious employment issues he is committed to helping companies avoid claims by the effective management of staff through consistent and open HR practice.
