Biography

Isobel d'Inverno is Director of Corporate Tax at MacRoberts and advises on the tax, PAYE, IR35 and VAT. Isobel's clients include quoted and unquoted companies as well as public sector organisations and government departments and joint ventures involving the interface between the public and private sectors. Isobel is a frequent speaker at tax conferences and seminars. She is a member of the Tax Law Committee of the Law Society of Scotland and its VAT and corporation tax sub-committees, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the VAT Practitioners Group. Isobel has a continuing involvement in professional education and is a VAT Examiner for the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
