Biography
Craig Turnbull is a partner in the Construction Group of MacRoberts, solicitors, based in their Glasgow office. Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Construction Law, he is involved exclusively in contentious work, representing clients from all sides of the building and civil engineering industries, including employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants, in arbitration, adjudication and litigation, as well as in health and safety prosecutions and Fatal Accident Inquiries. He has lectured to both the industry and to the legal profession and has written extensively on construction matters. He co-edited and contributed to “MacRoberts on Scottish Building Contracts”, is the author of the litigation and prosecution sections of Sweet & Maxwell’s annotated guide to the CDM regulations and the Health, Safety and CDM chapter of Greens "Building and Development: Scots Law and Procedure", is on the editorial board of Greens "Scottish Construction Law Review" and is the author of a forthcoming Greens publication on Construction Health & Safety in Scotland.
