Biography

Elizabeth is a senior associate working in Bird & Bird’s Commercial Group. She advises public and private sector clients on a wide range of information technology matters including the licensing of software, infrastructure agreements, agreements for the provision of IT Services, online terms and conditions and other legal implications of e-commerce. She has also been on secondment to two technology and solutions providers. In the area of data protection she has advised on general compliance strategies for organisations and specific issues such as transfers of data overseas, direct marketing and monitoring employees in the workplace. She has been involved in two data protection audits for large UK companies. Elizabeth regularly gives conferences on data protection and privacy issues.
