Biography
Dale is a solicitor-advocate and is recognised in the legal directories for his experience and expertise in the field of health and safety law. He has been a criminal advocate for over 18 years and has extensive advocacy experience in the criminal courts and before other tribunals both from a prosecution and defence perspective, having dealt with everything from pollution of watercourses to corporate manslaughter. Dale also has an MA in Environmental Law and is an experienced lecturer.
