Biography
Scott studied at the University of Nottingham. From there he joined Eversheds on a training contract and qualified in 1997. Scott now works in the Commercial department and deals with: ·major projects, including PFI and outsourcing ·general commercial contracts for the public and private sectors ·data protection Major highlights: ·has led or been involved with several closed PFI projects in the education, social services, police and fire sectors ·is currently advising on a “pathfinder” housing PFI project ·has provided compliance advice and training workshops on data protection issues, and has spoken at a number of seminars and conferences on this subject.
