Biography

Mark specialises in product liability and regulatory law, and also leads the team dealing with health and safety. He has been regularly identified as one of the top experts in both areas in annual surveys of the legal profession. He is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, and the CBI's Health and Safety and Consumer Affairs Panels. He has contributed to, and edited, numerous books and reports, including Tolley's 'Health and Safety at Work' loose-leaf/CD Rom and Risk Assessment Handbook, 'Health and Safety: Liability & Litigation', 'Croner's Management of Construction Safety', 'Medicines, Medical Devices and the Law', 'Construction Law Handbook' and PLC's Legal Risk Management Handbook. He is a co-author of books 'Product Safety' and 'Safer by Design'.
