Biography

Suzanne McMinn (MCIPD MSSP) is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, with over 15 years’ experience in HR. She is also a Specialist Paralegal Practitioner in Employment Law and is experienced in dealing with Employment Tribunal claims. Suzanne has worked in both the private and public sector, advising clients at strategic and operational level covering a broad range of HR issues. Suzanne was in a Business Partner role for five years, prior to joining Workplace Law as a HR Consultant. Suzanne has devised and delivered training on a variety of HR issues to senior and junior managers in a variety of business environments. She is able to translate the complex subject of employment law into language that managers can relate to and can provide interesting real life examples. She is also a course tutor for Workplace Law’s accredited CIPD certificate level courses.
