Biography

Tarvinder Tumber is an HR Consultant at the Workplace Law Group. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Member of the British Psychological Society with over 12 years’ experience working in HR. Tar has been advising clients in both the private and public sector for a number of years, including healthcare companies, schools, publishing houses, banks and manufacturing organisations. This has been at both strategic and operational level, covering a broad range of HR issues spanning the entire employment relationship. Tar has worked both in internal HR as an HR Business Partner and also has several years’ experience as an outsourced consultant where she has adapted her communication to suit the needs of the individual audience. She has delivered training to customers and is also trained in the delivery of SHL psychometric tests.
