Biography
Warren is head of Tarlo Lyons recruitment & resourcing department. His background is as a contentious lawyer and he has wide experience of the High & County Courts as well as the Employment Tribunal, dealing with claims for unfair & wrongful dismissal as well as sex, race and disability discrimination. Warren's employment law practice also includes a significant amount of non-contentious work including, in particular, drafting employment contracts and service agreements at the beginning of the employment relationship and negotiating severance agreements at the end of the association, be it for employers or senior employees. In addition to employment related work, Warren also has expertise in other areas including insolvency law (both contentious and non-contentious), confiscation of the proceeds of crime and banking litigation.
