Ali Moran, MCIPD, is a senior HR professional who also has extensive experience in operational management roles in sales, sales support, customer service and marketing. Her experience ranges from working in large blue chip companies to small and rapidly growing start-ups and encompasses a wide variety of industries from telecommunications and professional services to computer games. Ali's hands on experience encompasses a wide range of HR activities and this, together with her operational experience, enables her to engage with and easily relate to course participants. Her understanding of best practice is underpinned by a master's degree in Employment Law and this, coupled with the enthusiasm she brings to the subject, enables her to explain complex concepts in an understandable and interesting way.
