Biography

Rebecca specialises in all aspects of employment law. She has particular expertise in high value litigation, involving discrimination and whistle-blowing, and represents clients in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. Rebecca advises clients on restructuring and managing business change. She is also experienced in issues concerning ill-health of employees. Rebecca’s clients include financial services, information technology and manufacturing. In the Legal 500 Publication, 2007 edition a client was quoted as saying that Rebecca Harding-Hill is recommended for ‘legally complex cases which benefit from high-level strategising, particularly those which are seemingly unsolvable’. Rebecca is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association management committee.
