Biography

Sally is a Professional Support Lawyer and provides a dedicated resource for researching and analysing new and unusual points of law. One of her key responsibilities is keeping clients and the firm's specialist lawyers up to date with legal developments. Her role also involves working with clients to assist in their knowledge management. Sally edits our monthly email publication, The Brief. Before taking on this role, Sally was a partner within the Accident & Injury Division. She has over 10 years experience of acting for insurers specialising in the defence of product, public and employers' liability claims. Sally has advised on a wide range of cases, including claims against manufacturers, retailers, care homes and charities, and has handled claims for workplace stress and psychological trauma including chronic pain.
