Biography
Dominic Watkins specialises in dealing with regulatory and trading law matters including the full gamut of trading standards and health and safety issues, with a particular interest in age restricted sales (particularly alcohol), and health and safety cases. He is experienced in the application of the new Licensing laws, both in the context of the new offences and applying for Premises Licenses, and has been on secondment to the Licensing Department of Tesco. Dominic has also spent three months in secondment in the Regulatory Affairs team, dealing with trading law and health and safety issues at Sainsbury's. Dominic also has experience of advising clients on advertising and marketing, and copy clearance matters.
