Trevor Bettany deals with all aspects of employment law from recruitment to termination issues, both contentious and non-contentious, and with post-termination restraint of trade issues. In particular, he specialises in drafting service agreements and terms and conditions of employment, policies and procedures, atypical working arrangements, severance arrangements, boardroom disputes, bonus claims, wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal and race, sex and disability discrimination.
