Biography
David is a partner in Martineau Johnson's employment and pensions team, focusing on high value and complex advisory work and litigation. He is lead employment adviser for a wide range of companies (from large public listed to small owner-managed), and to several Universities and Colleges. He is also increasingly called upon to advise other professional firms. David is an accomplished trainer and a regular public speaker on employment issues.
