Biography

Claire Say is an Assistant Solicitor in the Employment Department and advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Claire assists in the conduct of employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and race and sex discrimination. She also has experience in reviewing, updating and amending policies and handbooks and drafting and advising in relation to compromise agreements. Claire acts for clients in various sectors, including NHS Trusts, GP surgeries, the hotel industry and private individuals.
