Biography

Mark Barnett is an experienced Immigration lawyer who acts exclusively in this area and has been practicing immigration law for over 15 years. Mark is a longstanding member of the Immigration Lawyers Practitioners Association (ILPA). Mark has represented numerous companies and individuals with respect to their immigration applications as well as dealing with appeals against refusal decisions of both the Home Office and Entry Clearance Officers. Mark gives regular seminars and presentations on various aspects of UK Immigration policy and practices particularly on Business Immigration issues.
