Biography

Mark Rogers, Litigation Executive at Davies Lavery Solicitors, has over 15 years’ experience in dealing with personal injury claims involving employers' liability, public and product liability and occupational illness. During the past few years Mark has represented clients prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive and the Environmental Services Departments of local councils for regulatory breaches. Mark is experienced in advising clients charged with regulatory breaches and in representing clients at PACE interviews. Mark also has experience of defending prosecutions resulting from serious injuries and fatalities to employees.
