Biography

Phil Conran is a Director at 360 Environmental Ltd, a consultancy that specialises in waste related legislation. Phil worked at Biffa until the end of 2008 and was responsible for the development of the Biffpack and Transform compliance schemes. He also sat on various Government Advisory bodies including the WEEE Advisory Board and was involved in much of the development of the WEEE Regulations and now provides support to companies that have to be registered under the various areas of Producer Responsibility. 360 Environmental provides easy to understand explanations of waste legislation.
