Biography

Steven Thomas is a lawyer in the employment group at international law firm Stephenson Harwood. He has extensive experience in conducting complex employment litigation with a particular emphasis on high value contractual and discrimination claims. Steven has successfully litigated such cases for both companies and individuals, including claims with cross jurisdictional issues and also advises employers on day to day HR issues arising in the workplace and regularly drafts bespoke employment contracts and compromise agreement. He regularly speaks on employment law issues and has provided training for lawyers via the College of Law’s Legal Network Television service.
