Biography
Malcolm is a registered low carbon consultant. He has spent the last year advising building owners and companies on EPBD, Pt L and Energy Performance Certificates. His experience within the energy industry allows him to provide a simplified solution to what some may make a complex issue surrounding the policies. He is an active member of The Environmental Industries Commission.
