Information

The Ladder Association is a founder member of the Access
Industry Forum (AIF), the umbrella organisation for all those
trade bodies and associations involved in the access
industry.
Formerly the British Ladder Manufacturers’ Association
(BLMA), it aims to set a new agenda for the ladder industry
in the UK, and works closely with the HSE in supporting such
proactive initiatives as the ‘Shattered Lives’ and ‘Ladder
Exchange’ programmes.
The Association has 55 UK-based members classified either
as manufacturers, suppliers, training organisations or
associates.
It welcomes members from every part of the access
industry, advances best practice and plays an integral role
in promoting the highest standards of ladder design and
manufacture.
