Ashurst's specialist construction and facilities management team is a widely recognised market leader. It has been involved in many facilities management and construction projects ranging from procurement stand-alone maintenance contracts to major PFI/PPP infrastructure contracts.
The team is responsble for the drafting of the two standard form contracts produced for the facilities management industry, the Chartered Institute of Building Standard Form of Facilities Management Contract, and for the Property Advisors to the Civil Estate, the PACE Government Contract/Works/10 Standard Form of Facilities Management Contract along with relevant volumes of Guidance Notes for the contracts.
