Cumbria train crash: Network Rail accepts responsibility

Network Rail has accepted corporate responsibility for the Cumbria rail crash earlier this year. One person died, and 22 people were seriously injured in the accident which happened near Kendall involving a state of the art Pendolino Train, operated by Virgin Trains.
