Toilet facilities for disabled people: what are the requirements?

Disability rights organisations have raised concerns over organisations not complying with legal requirements in relation to the provision of disabled toilets.

Facility provision for disabled people is often an area of confusion for employers as the law can be somewhat equivocal. However, there are legal guidelines that employers need to meet.
