It has been announced today (20 August) that the second age discrimination claim against Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer will be heard publicly at the London Central Employment Tribunal on 14 December.
Lois Moore is bringing the suit against her former employer after her and a number of other partners felt they had to retire early to take advantage of an outgoing company pension scheme.
