An 81-year-old man with terminal asbestos-related cancer has launched a legal battle against the toy company he worked for for more than forty years.
Peter White developed malignant mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos when he worker for toy firm Mettoy Co Ltd as a joiner and maintenance man between 1939 and 1980.
