A chef who swore at a waitress when she asked him what the soup of the day was, called the restaurant director at home to yell at her about food presentation, and insulted his boss's son, has won his claim for unfair dismissal.
Marco Morana was the head chef at Barca Tapas in Glasgow. After a series of angry outbursts, and after the restaurant manager said he would quit if Morana stayed, Morana was summoned to a disciplinary hearing where he offered to apologise, but was dismissed instead.... (192 more words)
