A Bolton pub landlord is to become the second to face court for allegedly violating the smoking ban.
Nick Hogan, of the Bolton's Swan and Barristers, has been hit with legal action for failing to attend an interview with the council.
A spokesman for Bolton council says:
“We can confirm that Mr Hogan failed to attend an interview on Friday, August 3. We have attempted to speak to Mr Hogan on numerous occasions over recent weeks and he has repeatedly refused to co-operate. The c... (130 more words)
