The TUC is calling on Government to look at new ways of enforcing the minimum wage.
Currently, 95% of employers caught underpaying the minimum wage just pay back what they owe which, according to the TUC, means there is no incentive for employers to pay the minimum wage as they can wait until they are caught to pay.
