How frequently should staff receive fire safety training?

Since October 2006, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) has been in force in England and Wales. The RRO requires that the responsible person must ensure that his/her employees are provided with adequate fire safety training, and that this training be repeated periodically where appropriate.
