Gordon Brown proposes new bills – but which will affect your business?

Gordon Brown yesterday announced his proposed legislation for the upcoming year, breaking with the tradition where the bills are drafted in private and agreed upon far from the public arena.

Brown announced 23 bills and draft bills and commented that:
