An ongoing Employment Tribunal (ET) case, in which a manager and former employee are both claiming they were bullied by the other, has brought the problem of bullying in the workplace to the fore again.
Julie Jones, former complaints officer for social services at Swansea Council, is claiming she was forced out of her job because of sustained verbal abuse and bullying by her manager Alison White.
