Lack of proper security measures against hacking is facilitating snooping amongst IT administrators of confidential information about employees.
Workers at Infosecurity Europe said that it was easy to snoop into workers’ confidential information and data about their background, personal e-mails and wage.
Some ex-employees still had access to their former employer’s computer network.
