Small firms are still not implementing proper procedures to allow their employees to carry on working beyond 65.
Only a quarter of firms (25%) have put into place the ‘right to request’ rules for employees to work beyond 65 years of age and almost half of businesses questioned in a survey carried out by Lloyds TSB Business said that they were still undecided as to whether they would implement the procedures.
