Since 27 February motorists have faced tough new penalties for breaking the law by using a hand-held mobile phone while driving. However, it would seem that the tougher penalties have done little to deter people – something that should be of particular concern to those businesses who have employees that drive for work.
Four in 10 mobile phone owners break the law by using their handsets while driving, a survey by consumer group Which? has revealed.
