Two men have been banned from running businesses after one of their employees, who worked excessive hours, was killed in a crash.
Raymond Knapman was given a ten-year ban and Robert Legg five years at an Exeter Employment Tribunal, following an application by the Department of Trade and Industry under the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
