Emissions Trading Scheme hits 100% compliance in UK

In 2006, UK installations were 100% compliant with the EU Emissions Trading Scheme’s requirements to report emissions and surrender an equal number of allowances, suggesting that businesses are taking strides to combat climate change and energy use.
