Employers are failing to spot lies or expanded truths found on prospective employees’ CVs. As a result, employers are selecting candidates who may not have the pre-requisite skills required for the job.
A poll conducted by the video recruitment website www.jobs2view.com showed that a third of British workers admitted to lying on their CV.
