REACH: think it doesn't affect you?

REACH, the EU regulation for the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals comes into force on 1 June 2007. According to the Chemical Industries Association (CIA), this "represents the latest step in the next generation of EU health, safety and environment legislation and is going to affect all businesses that operate within the EU".
