A bullying helpline, which aims to help both employers and employees tackle bullying related issues in the workplace has been awarded charity status.
The National Bullying Helpline started five years ago and is dedicated to eliminating workplace bullying by offering free support to anyone, whether employee or employer, seeking advice on how to handle contentious, work-related situations.
