Acceptable Use Policies (AUP) are poorly understood or non-existent at a majority of UK firms, new research has suggested.
An AUP sets out what is, and what isn’t, acceptable when it comes to IT and email in the workplace. This policy should be clearly communicated to the entire workforce and properly enforced.
