The HSE has recently updated the section of its site dealing with The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR), in order to make sure that everyone is complying with the Regulations as they should.
RIDDOR places a legal duty on employers; the self-employed; and people in control of premises that requires them to report and record some work-related accidents by the quickest means possible.
