6 April – Are you prepared for the new legislation?

Along with 1 October, tomorrow (6 April) has been designated a Common Commencement Date, dates on which most major government departments have all agreed to introduce major legislative changes, in order to give businesses greater awareness of regulatory changes and make implementing the changes more efficient.
