The Muslim teaching assistant, who was suspended for refusing to remove her veil during lessons, has lost an appeal against an Employment Tribunal ruling that she was not discriminated against.
Aishah Azmi was asked to remove the veil after Headfield Church of England School said pupils could not understand her. When she refused she was suspended.
