Just four in ten employees think their employers fully understand how to manage pregnant staff, new research shows.
According to an online survey by Netmums and the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) many employers have a ‘knowledge gap’ when it comes to pregnant employees in the workplace. To help combat this and make pregnancy in the workplace easier for everyone, the EOC has launched a toolkit to help employers.
